THE CAKE YEARS

Before I made the jump to full time graphic design, cake design and decoration dominated 10 years of my life.

I've worked in commercial bakeries, traveled the professional show circuit, and taught pastry art at a local trade school. My work has been published in American Cake Decorating and featured in the Sunday Sweets on Cakewrecks.com. I also had the pleasure of assisting Texas Cake Designer, Ashleigh Jones, on an episode of Food Network's Challenge.
